The practice of such a community development approach is marked by practitioners that engage in self-inquiry and organizational reflexivity, continuous improvement and constant comparative problematization of practice.  Learn how to develop scholarly practitioners by utilizing community responsive problems of practice to develop high orders of sensitivity to changing environments and resilience through sudden or drastic change.
