If you missed the recent webinar: An Info Session on the EdD for PhD Students, the recorded webinar and powerpoints are now available.

Session Description:
On the tenure-track job market soon? Many Schools and Colleges of Education in the US offer Doctor of Education (EdD) programs that are practitioner-based, and differ in their vision, goals, methods, and activities from PhD programs. What does the EdD-PhD distinction mean for you as you look for an assistant professor position? This 60-minute session, hosted by the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED) Executive Director and a recent tenure-track hire, provides an understanding about the vision, mission and principles that guide EdD programs.
