Indigenous peopl es have long resisted assimilation into Western knowledge and research para digms within institutions. This discussion focuses on the ways the CPED fra mework provides a pathway for Indigenous scholars to address complex proble ms of practice nested within epistemologies that respect Indigenous self-de termination and data-sovereignty. Our goal is to generate discussion about integrating place-based, reciprocal approaches to enrich scholarly inquiry.
