Dean Discussion: Leadership in a Pandemic

The pandemic has pushed us all to lead in new and different ways. The decisions we have made during this time will be enduring and may set the stage for the future of our institutions. Our ability to see the pandemic as an opportunity and take advantage of this moment to recognize the role of leaders and leadership is critical at this juncture. As we continue to think about CPED and the formation of a new strategic plan, we invite you to a discussion about what leadership means today for ourselves, our colleagues, and our students.
