What PhDs Need to Know About EdDs

In this collaborative event between the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) and CPED,  PhD holders, especially faculty, will e given a space to discuss the Education Doctorate (EdD). Participants will explore differences between the EdD and PhD; who typically pursues the EdD; how EdD programs are designed and structured; practice-focused research; and advising strategies, in order to better understand and support EdD students.
