2017 Inaugural Program of the Year Award

May 13, 2016

The Statewide Cooperative EdD Program at the University of Missouri Columbia has been recognized by the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED) as the inaugural winner of the Program of the Year Award.

The purpose of this award is to honor a CPED Member institution whose EdD program serves as a “proofing site” and demonstrates excellence, impact, and alignment with the CPED Framework to promote continuous improvement within varied local contexts. The CPED Program of the Year Award Committee, comprised of eight CPED faculty members representing eight CPED member institutions, utilized a two-step process and a set of CPED-defined criteria to select the exemplar for this year.

The winner will be recognized at the 10th anniversary CPED Convening to be held June 12-14, 2017 at the University of Pittsburgh, PA.
