• Plan for other work beyond CPED
  • Continue to engage
• Focus on what we’re doing collectively and getting the work out
• Opportunities to hear from institutions who have completed certain phases to learn from experience instead of planning
• Bring expert P-20 practitioners from the field and elicit their opinions on some assertions
• Organize working groups online now, and get things going before October
  • Keep working groups within those who have attended convening, rather than including all faculty from all institutions to maintain richness of the discussion that has occurred at convening
